new bespoke homes in the green belt & countryside.

Over the past few years, we have honed our skills in designing bespoke homes in the countryside, successfully gaining planning approval on Greenfield Belt and open countryside sites.

These homes showcase the best in modern construction and architecture, pushing the envelope to create exceptional family residences that are both unique and innovative. We thrive on the challenge of the complex planning process, knowing that the homes we create are worth the investment of time, money, and energy.

Oak Meadow, Kidderminster
The site of Oak Meadow Farm, located on greenbelt land within the rural outskirts of Kidderminster, had long been used for the keeping and raising of horses.

The client approached us after procuring the land and stables, seeking a bespoke house design for their growing family.

The contentious nature of the project had been a significant obstacle, for the family for some time and having spoken with numerous other people previously, were told that they would never achieve planning permission in that location for a new build house
