ArchitectureM are currently working on a new office block development located in Manchester's northern quarter. The building will sit in the location of a previously burnt down old victorian industrial building. The new development will be a modern addition to the historic setting. The multi storey office will use the original double height entrance left untouched by the fire but will otherwise make use of current modern building materials and techniques. There will be a metal mesh effect to style the facade in a manner that displays an acknowledgement of the location's industrial past while alluding to a new future.
